Auf der Otjihaenamaparero-Farm am Fu\u00dfe des Etjo wurden die Spuren des Ceratosaurus und des Syntarsus im 190 Millionen Jahre alten Sandstein 1951 zum Nationaldenkmal erkl\u00e4rt. Der Hoba-Meteorita<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Besuchen Sie 20 km von Grootfontein entfernt die D’Hoba West Farm und bewundern Sie den gr\u00f6\u00dften bisher bekannten Meteoriten. 1955 zum Nationaldenkmal erkl\u00e4rt, wurde es 1920 von Jacobus Hermanus Brits entdeckt. Vor 80.000 Jahren gefallen, wird angenommen, dass es zwischen 200 und 400 Millionen Jahre alt ist. Es besteht aus 84% Eisen und 16% Nickel und wiegt \u00fcber 60 Tonnen.<\/p>\n
